About two weeks ago Dani Yako sent us a render of a 5.7 inch iPhone phablet and now he’s back with more pics.
This iPhone 6 runs iOS 8 and packs a 5.7 inch 2K display, plus it uses a metallic chassis, that measures 7.2 mm in thickness.
Lately we’ve heard about a potential Apple phablet that may be launched late this year or maybe in 2015. The iPhone 6 phablet shown here is supposed to have an Apple A8 processor clocked at 2.5 GHz and not only the screen is 2K material, but also the camera, that records 2K 60 FPS video.
The Home button seems smaller now, because the lower bezel is smaller than usual.
I suppose we’ve still got a TouchID sensor in there, with a high pixel density. I noticed that the volume buttons and silence button are protruding more now and the silence button is totally different than before. Hopefully with a bit of luck this time we’ll get dual stereo speakers at the bottom, not just one like the previous iPhones…
