The South Korean company Samsung, recently refused to release Apple A8 processors
due to the lack of production capacity, does not want to stop cooperation with Apple. This became known today thanks to analysts of VLSI Research.
According to analysts of VLSI Research, who referred to informed sources in South Korea , Samsung Electronics will do my utmost to avoid losing orders for the production of processors for the iPhone and iPad. Most likely, this is due to the fact that orders generate a good profit , given the immense popularity of apple devices.
As you know , Apple plans to transfer most of the orders to one of the largest producers of silicon products in the world - TSMC (Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company). And in the struggle for their Samsung Electronics plans to raise Globalfoundries, actively expanding production capacity.
We remind you that Samsung Electronics and Globalfoundries made in technological alliance under the auspices of IBM. Incidentally , Globalfoundries soon going to spend on capacity expansion of $ 10 billion is clear that loading such facilities need large orders , which are able to provide only the major players of IT-industry (eg , Apple).
