HTC promised to update the flagships for 2 years, but ..

Just yesterday at the

session of questions and answers on the network , HTC said that from now on the company will maintain and update their flagship device for two years from the date of sales. Extremely optimistic statement sounds very cool , especially given the recent release of Android 4.4 KitKat- firmware smartphone for 90 days .But there are dark spots , because HTC gave the reservation that are ready to support smart phones that are available for North America , during such a period .
Furthermore, we do not know that the company means by "flagship" . Although , this does not mean that smartphones in other countries do not get updates too.

Interestingly, now that HTC consider providing updates to Android 4.4.2 for smartphones and HTC One X One X +, although the company previously said that the gadget will remain with version 4.3, which is due to the fact that some versions devaysa work based Snapdragon, and part on Nvidia Tegra, where firmware upgrade requires active intervention by NVIDIA.
