Apple and Samsung have not been able to settle their differences out of court

Apple and Samsung will meet 



again in court. It became evident to some extent inevitable after the leaders of the two corporations could not agree on a possible settlement of a patent dispute at the meeting held .

Previously, we reported that the head of Apple and Samsung will hold talks on the possibility of a peaceful settlement of patent disputes.
