Samsung could develop Android

If you remember, Android started once as a separate project , as an independent company , which had no relation to Google. 

That was until 2005, when interested in Google and tightly engaged in the mobile operating system. Interesting to know now that Google, it turns out, was not the first choice Andy Rubin , who led the project , in order to attract investment. Android team has addressed this issue to one of the largest producers of iron at the time. That is interesting . early in development , Android planned as a system for digital cameras.

Amazon reported that in 2004, Andy Rubin and Android project team flew to Korea to talk about this with Samsung.
