Kiarash Kia, the creator of the Xperia Z2 Compact has come up with the Sony Idea Pad tablet concept, shown below.

This device uses Magic Brightness technology and it’s actually quite a small device, at 6.7 inches.
It offers a density of 368 PPI and includes Corning Gorilla Glass 4 protection.

The processor inside is an Intel quad core 2.1 GHz unit and we also get a Nvidia 3D/2D mobile GPU, which I don’t know exactly what it means. At the back there’s an 8 megapixel camera with Sony Exmor RS sensor, dual Xenon flash and a 5 megapixel secondary camera with laser focus, a la LG G3, probably.
The Sony tablet concept integrates high quality speakers with “Super Boom Sound”, probably borrowed from HTC for some reason. The battery is kind of small, at 3000 mAh, since I’ve seen phablets with bigger batteries. The design is pretty basic, a rectangular slab with very big speakers…
