We’ve got a few renders of the BlackBerry Windermere Q30, a device that has been leaked on the web a few times already.
The first picture below shows us the device, as if it was made by BlackBerry and Apple together.
We get rounded edges, a metallic bezel and a slight iPhone 3GS vibe. And then comes the bunch of designs shown below, the work of designer Dylan Habkirk, who adopted a pretty strange form factor. The BlackBerry Windermere is very squared and has a social networking phone look.
This Q3 packs a 4.5 inch 1440 x 1440 pixel display with a 1:1 ratio. There’s a 3 row physical keyboard and a 3450 mAh battery, as well as a 13 megapixel back camera.
Dylan imagined this phone with a 120 mm length and 88 mm width. A micro HDMI port is also on board, plus infrared emitter and stereo speakers at the bottom. You can also see the device compared with a bunch of other models below. This model, if it turns out like this may become as big of a revolution for handset designs as the HTC ChaCha was back in the days. The question is: will the public love it?
