Rishi Ramesh has rendered another good looking concept
phone, this time the HTC One M9. This newcomers is a 5.2 inch QHD smartphone, that’s most likely meant as a response to the threat called LG G3. It appears that HTC gave up Ultrapixel on this model and turned to a high res camera…
HTC M9 packs a 13 megapixel dual camera with 4K recording, new and improved speakers with 30% increased output and 16 or 32 GB of storage. We’ll also get 3 GB of RAM and a very rounded metallic back case.
The polycarbonate lines in the metal have been made smaller and this time I expect the camera to get OIS. A 7 MP front cam for video calls has also been included and the OS here is Android 5.0 Milkshake, apparently…
The GPU is an Adreno 400, while the battery is a 3000 mAh unit. Huge BoomSound speakers are still included and the concept of capacitive buttons is still here, although I’d go with virtual ones on the HTC One M9. Bezels are very, very narrow so maybe there should also be some finger detection technology in the mix…
