A long time has passed since the last time I saw a Surface Phone concept, but here’s another one created by Loris Lukas.
This new device borrows design elements from both the Surface tablets and the Nokia Lumias, especially in the back area.
The device has a huge back camera, a la Nokia Lumia 1020 and it comes with a central button, 2 volume buttons at the top right and a camera button at the bottom right.
We’ve got an On/Off button at the top and a 41 megapixel Pureview camera at the back. The Surface Phone is most likely made of magnesium like the tablets and it has a robust body and also a pretty narrow one. There’s Cortana on board, Windows Phone 8.1, Action Center and all the goodies of the new OS.
Upfront we’ve got a 5.5 inch display, either with Full HD resolution or even QHD, while inside there’s either 2 GB of RAM or 3 GB and most likely a Snapdragon 801/805 CPU. This looks like a pretty bulky machine and the edges of the handset as slightly angled, as seen at the back especially.
