You know what happened after the flexible tablet render from the other day? Jermaine Smit worked 50 hours on the finalized product and came up with the Samsung Tab Flex concept below.
The sides are made of metal and the front and back are all plastic. We’ve got 4 speakers in the mix and the screen is a 12.2 inch Super AMOLED with a 2560 x 1600 pixel resolution. The battery inside is a 8200 mAh one, made out of two 4100 mAh packs.
This tablet comes with 4 GB of RAM, a 1.9 GHz and 1.5 GHz quad core chip, amounting to an octa core CPU. There’s 32 or 64 GB of storage inside, Android 4.4.3 as the OS and a special impact protection applied.
The body is slightly curved inwardly, but less than the HOLD js tablet. The foldable tablet seems landscape oriented and it can open up like a book, as shown in the video below. It has a special seam going down through its middle, but only at the back. The Samsung Tab Flex is able to fold easily, without breaking, obviously. What do you make of it?
