Samsung S Guardian Takes the Galaxy Note Edge to a New Level

After the Galaxy Note Edge… comes the Samsung S Guardian, according to Mladen Milic.

The design of the handset reminds us of the Note Edge, except for a few essential changes. Both sides of the screen are curved this time and both side areas are active and usable.

The device also gets USB 3.0 memory in a portable external fashion. There’s 64 GB of internal storage and 512 of external memory with 240 Mb/s reading and 160 Mb/s writing speed. Basically, the Samsung S Guardian just got a hard drive… In order to take the memory off you press a physical button and you’re done. I’m pretty sure such SSDs exist in some way or another, but I haven’t seen a commercial one yet.
This concept Samsung phone comes with an Exynos 5433 processor, a 5.5 inch Super AMOLED Quad HD display, 4 GB of RAM and a front 8 MP camera. It also has an 18 megapixel shooter at the back, a 3000 mAhb battery, fast charging and a fingerprint scanner. The external memory is protected by 128 bit encryption and the body of the Samsung S Guardian phone is made from aluminum.
The design is stylish and simple, much in the vein of the Galaxy S II and Note series. If you ask me, this is more of a smartphone SSD concept than a phone render…
