HTC Desire 820 is barely now making its way to the stores, as the upgrade of the HTC Desire 816, that was a very successful device.
The HTC Desire 830 is expected to do exactly what its two predecessors have did: offer good midrange specs at an affordable price and even surprise users with some high end features. Nitesh Reddy imagined the way this model would look like.
The design is pretty basic, with a polycarbonate body, that features a colorful front side and a white back. There are BoomSound speakers on board, a pretty big front camera and the bezel of the 5.5+ inch screen is pretty narrow. I’m expecting a jump to Full HD resolution here, maybe Lollipop with a new HTC Sense UI, 2 GB of RAM and 16 or 32 GB of storage. We should also get a 13 megapixel camera, although that would be the third time in a row…
The Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 was also pretty good on the Desire 830, so I can’t say what model will replace it. Also, the front 8 MP camera is pretty kickass on the Desire 820, so once again another spec to be kept. However, I find that the 2600 mAh battery of the predecessor was kind of weak, so maybe it’s time for a 3000+ mAh unit. These are all my speculations and I find the design of the Desire 830 to be similar to the one of the Desire 830.
