Apple ahead of the competition among manufacturers of smartphones on brand loyalty

IPhone and other Apple devices are often accused of excessive loyalty to  

one brand, but how strong is this same loyalty as compared to other brands ? Answer to this question will allow a small study WDS. Note, however, that it concerns only smartphones.

IPhone users really have been the most loyal : 76 % of users choose again the next smartphone device from Apple. Closest rival company from Cupertino - Samsung. In the Korean company loyalty is 58 %. LG, Nokia and HTC completing the top five . The results are 37 %, 33 % and 30 % respectively. Representatives of the latter trio are also pretty close to each other . Smartphone from Sony will acquire 24 % of users of "smart" number of Japanese companies . For Motorola , the figure is 24 %, and for BlackBerry - 22%.
All these data are indicative , but much more interesting to know whose smartphones still choose those customers who have decided to change the manufacturer . In this case, the leader was already Samsung. 34 % of customers will give money for the new smartphone of the Korean company . All other companies listed above lag quite seriously their smartphones choose from 3% to 9 % of customers that are not so much. In general the data were quite expected . Apple customer loyalty is unquestionable , but Samsung continues to attract new users more than other companies.
