Samsung wins Apple's customer satisfaction rating

Samsung surpassed Apple in the ranking of satisfaction of customers in the United States on two points. In the United States conducted

As a result, Samsung received 81 points, while Apple only 79. For Samsung it is a double victory - over the competition, and at the same time progress compared to last year, when the company received only 76 points.


It would seem that the two points difference is not so much. But it can be used in promotional materials and presentations, talking about the superiority of Korean products companies over the US. It is also interesting that the rating Samsung has grown, and Apple has declined. How Come? The audience did not like the iPhone and the iPhone 6 6 Plus. Or Samsung devices have become much nicer than last year? Or this and that at once?

Maybe a similar rating has been because of Apple's expected more, but it turned out that this year the Samsung was more innovation than in kupertinovtsy.

Well, let's see whether Samsung to please its customers even more, or at least keep the current position.
