Xiaomi fined for false information about sales

If you remember all that we ever wrote about the Chinese company Xiaomi, it is an exceptionally enthusiastic praise or even news.
Then selling millions of seconds, then another interesting device to which many drool, then human progress, the expansion of the outside world, they fit into the top five largest manufacturers of smartphones. In short, it seems that the Chinese are just great.
However, recently Xiaomi fined 20 thousand dollars for cheating on sales of devices. It turned out that the company is a little distorted data on the number of sales of devices. According to Taiwan's Fair Trade Commission (FTC), Xiaomi sold 1750 units at a time less than that reported this to the public.

The company has already apologized for the incident in Weibo, releasing for this special poster (illustration to the news), but it did not stop the FTC from applying sanctions, what reports TheNextWeb. Xiaomi fined 20 thousand dollars. Programming, of course, ridiculous for us at this level. However, in case he is able to easily have a negative impact on the international image of the company.
