Xiaomi Mi Note 2 is expected to debut in a few days, sporting hardcore specs, that even dwarf the
Xiaomi Mi 5 and it’s sort of a pre emptive flagship from Xiaomi. It counters the Galaxy Note 7 and iPhone 7 and thus it’s worthy of a set of renders below.
Those are created by Techconfigurations, following the latest leaks. The best expectations are that this device will have 6 GB of RAM and a Snapdragon 821 CPU, as well as a 3700 mAh battery. Very few people know that it was the Xiaomi Mi Note that started the trend of curved back sides, which Samsung then adopted on the Galaxy Note 5 to much praise.
The device rendered here has a dual camera, a squared Home button that’s not very pleasing to the eye and a generally blocky design. The chassis seems to integrate quite a bit of metal, but glass is not off the table, seeing how the Mi 5 was built. Interestingly, the dual camera has a vertical setup, not horizontal like Apple’s or the one on Huawei Honor 6 Plus for example. Expect a great price for the Mi Note 2.
