an excellent platform. I guess we could blame Motorola and HTC for not delivering here, but let’s focus on the future and what’s next… maybe a Nexus 5 2015?
That’s exactly what designers Derek Kruk and Jack McNenny are proposing in the concept shown here. We’re dealing with a 5.1 inch Quad HD AMOLED display handset, with a Snapdragon 810 processor and 3 GB of RAM on board.

There are dual front speakers included, a 20 megapixel back camera and a 5 MP front shooter. Inside we get a 3000 mAh battery and the design feels familiar, while at the same time it brings novelty.
The facade is very much like the Nexus 6, while the back is pretty unique, especially with those colourful customizations. From what I see here, metal meets polycarbonate and the result is not exactly slim, but rather in the range of 8 mm or so. This handset seems to opt for a sturdy metal frame and it includes a camera with a ring around it, if I’m not mistaking. What do you think of the Nexus 5 2015? And who’s going to make it?
