Designer Kiarash Kia has sent us a
series of renders of the Samsung Galaxy A9 concept phone, a model he envisions as being pretty well specced, for a midranger. The design is pretty basic and it involves a rectangular format.
Samsung Galaxy A9 brings a 5 inch Super AMOLED display, with a 2K resolution and Gorilla Glass 4 protection.
There’s a full metal frame here, that’s especially strong at the back and at the front there’s an anti scratch piece of glass. The designer included a main 16 megapixel camera with OIS, laser autofocus, LED flash and a secondary camera with 5 megapixel resolution and LED flash as well.
Inside the smartphone we find an Exynos 5435 processor, 3 GB of RAM and an Adreno 440 GPU. The battery inside the Galaxy A9 is a 2800 mAh unit, with ultra power saving mode included, obviously. There’s a heart rate sensor in the mix and a fingerprint scanner embedded within the Home button. High quality speakers are present here as well.
This is a pretty narrow phone, if you ask me, maybe a bit too narrow.
