 2008 were the early days of this site and we had a ton of concepts related to PSP Phones back then. After the PS Vita and Xperia Play became history, everybody swiped them under the rug and forgot about them. Now it’s maybe time to give this segment a new spin. That’s what Jermaine Smit did, with the Sony Xperia PlayStation Phone concept shown below.
We even have a video of this powerhouse of a device, with a 5.9 inch Quad HD display, an Exynos 7420 processor and 4 GB of RAM. There’s up to 128 GB of storage inside, a 20.9 megapixel back camera and a 5 MP front shooter. Sony Xperia PlayStation has a 3500 mAh battery and a full metal body, that looks mighty fine. Also known as the Sony Xperia PS, this model has an edge to edge display, quad speakers and it easily attaches to a PlayStation 4 joystick. It comes in a variety of colors, including a very nice red and gold unit. The video below also demos seamless sharing and gameplay on the go.
