Jermaine Smit has rendered some very solid Samsung and iPhone concepts throughout the years and now he’s
backwith an iPhone 7 2016 render. This one is a very detailed piece of work, so be sure to watch the video below.
The handset shown here seems to keep the general iPhone format, but also places the Home button lower and makes the edge thinner. The overall design brings me back to the iPhone 4 a bit, mostly because the back feels like it’s made of glass.
The color hues of the back feel a bit like the Xperia Z5, which is not something bad, since Sony had a nice approach with that model. With a bit of luck we may benefit from dual speakers at the bottom.
Jermaine Smit included wireless charging here, plus a 4.7 inch Super AMOLED Full HD display with very narrow bezels. I see the ugly plastic antenna cutouts from the back are gone, so that’s good news. Other specs include a 16 megapixel camera (unless it stays at 12 MP), 2 GB of RAM, 32, 64 or 128 GB of storage. Once again, be sure to watch the video below!
