Designer Ben Ling has
not only imagined a concept render for the Sony Xperia Z5+, that has recently leaked, but also added a full specs list to it. Judging by the latest leaks, this model is supposed to adopt an OmniBalance design and provide specs a tier higher than the upcoming Z5.
Upfront we get a 5.7 inch 4K display, not Quad HD, keep that in mind and with an IPS panel in the mix. Last I heard, 6 inch 4K display panels were being tested, so skipping straight to 4K seems a bit much, not to mention a serious stress on the battery. At the back there’s a 21 megapixel camera with G Lens, dual tone flash and the works.Exmor RS, Bionz and hybrid autofocus are all here. A Snapdragon 820 CPU is available inside, as well as 4 GB of RAM and up to 128 GB of storage.
The device is PlayStation certified and the Sony Xperia Z5+ also brings a 6.1 mm thick chassis and dual front facing stereo speakers. It’s waterproof and dust proof and its battery is a non removable 3600 mAh unit.
A fingerprint and heart rate scanner have been added into the Power button.
