POLED is the Future, Evan Blass Claims; Now Where Did I See this Concept Before?

Recently reputed tech aficionado and exclusive leak source Evan Blass has posted the picture/teaser below on Twitter, saying that he basically thinks POLED is the way to go. This is also seen as a future-proof technology, the one to beat the LG G5 and Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge.

seen this render before, perhaps even as a Samsung or LG concept, but I can’t say where. With a bit of luck, you should be able to pinpoint where and when that surface, but in the end it feels like a metal and glass combo, slimmer than the average smartphone and going all out with the curved screen panel. Even Apple is said to be getting into the OLED game, so it all makes sense.

While the LG G5 doesn’t have curved edges and the LG G Flex series is in standby, in the background LG is making serious advances in the flexible/curved POLED field. Will they deliver, or will Samsung? Time will tell…
