It’s very clear that beauty is in the eye of the beholder, but what do you do when you’re not sure if
you’re seeing a beauty or a beast? Every once in a while you happen to see the ugliness in a masterpiece or the beauty in a piece of garbage. That’s why this Gionee smartphone leak baffles us.
In some aspects it’s quite pretty, while in others it downright sucks. Gionee just launched a dual camera
phone, the S9 and this one wants to continue in its footsteps. It also get a curved glass panel upfront with curves on both sides like the Galaxy S7 Edge, plus a Home button that simply doesn’t fit within the landscape.
The back though… is a leathery imitation of a Vertu with a horrid emblem-like metal area around the camera. Also, those Sprite can-looking top and bottom areas are doing the device no favours. So, what do you say? Yay or nay?
