Huawei P9 Lite was portrayed in a series of CAD 3D renders a few days ago and now we come across a
leaked press render or two, courtesy of Evan Blass. On this occasion we learn some more plausible specs for the device.
The device is going to be launched on April 6th, together with the Huawei P9, P9 Max and the P9 Special Edition. Unlike the the P9, the P9 Lite features a singular camera, not a dual one and it’ll bring a chassis made of polycarbonate and aluminum combined. The device is going to sport a 5.2 inch Full HD screen, which means it gets the same screen as the P9.
It’ll also get 3 GB of RAM and a CPU, that while it’s not the Kirin 950, it’s still pretty potent. I imagine it’s either the Kirin 935 or maybe a Snapdragon 616 or so. A fingerprint scanner is included and Android Marshmallow is pretty much a given.
