Deviantart member adisjp has created a Micromax concept phone, that’s pretty well specced and has
an interesting design. We don’t often get Indian concept phones here, so we’re paying max attention to it, since we get a lot of folks from India on this site. The device has a tentative name of Aditya Concept Micromax 2.
It comes with a future version of Android, namely Android 8.0, plus a 20 megapixel rear camera, that seems to be able to pull optical zoom. There’s a 13 MP front cam here, 4 GB of RAM, 64 GB of storage and potent speakers. Envisioned on the specs list by the creator of the handset there’s a huge 5100 mAh battery and a screen upfront that’s probably a 5.5 incher or bigger, with very narrow bezels.
The UI doesn’t quite convince me, with that attempt at transparency, but the back camera and overall package feel solid. Micromax hasn’t exactly come up with memorable flagships in real life, or niche phones like cameraphones, but this Micromax concept sure looks doable. The body seems to be made of metal, combined with some plastic elements. The designer used Gimp and Blender for this project.
