Designer MVP Martin Hajek has taken on the task of creating professional 3D renders of the iPhone 7
Pro and iPhone 7, with case templates included. Those who have 3D printers may even toy with the 3D files. Now let’s see the goods!
As you can see, the main camera protrudes quite a bit on the iPhone 7, maybe too much for my liking.
The antenna cutouts are placed at the bottom and top now, like on the Meizu 6 Pro. The fact the camera protrudes could mean the iPhone 7 is skinner than the iPhone 6S. While the iPhone 7 camera looks pretty run of the mill, the dual camera of the iPhone 7 Pro has a more badass look, thanks to the sloped design and oval format of the camera enclosure. Both of them may make cringe worthy sounds on flat surfaces, like a regular coffee table, while dragging on the cameras…
Interestingly the iPhone 7 Pro has 8 speaker holes, while the iPhone 7 has 6 speaker holes, but the Pro model is expected to be quite big, so that should fit it well. A Smart Connector is placed at the back, allowing the device to probably get charged wirelessly and also use keyboards and other accessories.
Cases are not very spectacular, but the asymmetry at the bottom is interesting, while lacking the audio jack.
